John Grant – Queen of Denmark Probably my favourite album of 2010. John Grant’s first solo album (former vocalist and songwriterfor The Czars) after almost a decade of alcohol and drug use (abuse), with Midlake as backing band. His emotional baritone voice and elegantly sad songs make this an absolutely great album.
